With over twenty-three years’ experience as a real estate agent, Jacqui Nuttall understands that property decisions are often closely connected to life’s biggest changes. Her approach is centred on guiding clients through these moments with clarity, care and confidence.

Having lived locally for over forty years, Jacqui brings an in-depth understanding of the community, its people and its evolving property market. She believes in taking the time to truly understand what moving on looks like for each individual.

By combining strong local knowledge, practical advice and a tailored strategy, she helps clients feel supported and informed from the first conversation through to settlement and beyond.

As Founder and Principal of Moving On Real Estate, Jacqui created one of the area’s first boutique, freelance-led agencies — designed to offer a more considered, flexible and client-focused experience. She leads with integrity and purpose and is passionate about creating a service that feels transparent, genuinely personal and aligned with each client’s goals, helping people move forward with confidence into their next chapter.

Family plays a central role in Jacqui’s life. As a mother of five and a grandmother, she brings a grounded, human approach to her work — one shaped by empathy, understanding and a genuine appreciation for the importance of home.

Le-Arne brings warmth, organisation, and genuine care to her role as Property Manager at Moving On Real Estate. Having lived in Forster for over 30 years, she offers deep local knowledge alongside an approachable and steady communication style, understanding that property management is about more than processes — it’s about people feeling supported in their homes and investments.

With a strong focus on clear communication and proactive management, Le-Arne works closely with both landlords and tenants to ensure every detail is handled with care and professionalism. She takes pride in being responsive, reliable, and solutions-focused, making even the challenging moments feel manageable and well supported.

As a mum of three, Le-Arne is a master of balancing priorities, staying organised, and keeping calm under pressure — skills that translate seamlessly into her role. She also has a genuine love for renovating, giving her a hands-on appreciation for homes, maintenance, and the value of thoughtful improvements.
